About Us
In 1987, Charles Carvalho saw the need for a port agency counterpart to compliment the destination management services he already offered under Trinidad and Tobago Sightseeing Tours. A major concern was the quality of service available at the time may not have been sufficient to maintain current and attract new relationships between Trinidad and Tobago and cruise lines around the world. Thus, Carvalho’s Agencies was formed.
