To date, we have successfully and safely completed the transfer of over 1.5 million crew and passengers to/from cruise ships, hotels, and airports. We can handle everything from last-minute arrangements to tracing and retrieving lost luggage. We treat all crew and passengers with the same level of importance by catering to their every need whether it is medical, personal, or general requirements – we are well equipped to assist in any situation.
Customs & Excise, Immigration, Port Health, Port Authority, Maritime Services Division – to name a few of the local authorities – can be very cumbersome to correspond with simultaneously; without our guidance that is. We have many years experience with these authorities and have built a strong relationship and understanding with all the mandatory processes involved. Just tell us what you need and we’ll handle the paperwork and formalities as any good port agent should.
Ship husbandry is on our blood, and these general services have become like clockwork for us. Everything from fresh water supply and waste removal to bunkering and equipment rental and beyond is manageable by us. You ask for it, we do it.
Every ship needs supplies and whether it was planned or not, we can help get the right items on board as soon as possible. We have the capabilities to handle any size or type of transhipment ship stores (20’, 40’, dry, reefer, etc.).
Apart from crew and passenger movements, your visitors can count on us too. We can handle in-transit crew, passengers, or visitors even when there are no ships from your cruise line in any of our ports.
No matter how big or small the request, we have a team of reliable suppliers we can count on to move from quotation to delivery in the quickest time possible. We get it, time of the essence.
We’ve had the pleasure of handling 2 partial turnaround operations in the recent past. We have tested the waters and are confident that full scale turnaround operations are a large possibility at any of our ports. Homeporting is also an area that we have specific experience in.
Unusual requests always come up and, when they do, we have proven to be able to figure them out. Regardless of the request, once it is possible, we can do it. Also, while we mainly service cruise lines, we have served many naval/ auxiliary vessel and fleets as well as cargo vessels in the past – and can offer services to these type vessels as well.
